    • If the service could not be delivered due to circumstances beyond the user's or provider's control.

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date or issue discovery.
    • Users must provide accurate and detailed reasons for their refund request.
    • All refund requests will be reviewed by the support team to ensure they meet the policy criteria.
  4. Procedures:

    • To request a refund, please contact the support team via the application or the designated email.
    • The request will be reviewed within a maximum of 5 business days.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  5. Non-Refundable Cases:

    • If the refund request is submitted after the allowable time period.
    • If the issue resulted from user negligence or misuse.
  6. Service Modification or Cancellation Policy:

    • Users may modify or cancel their order before the service execution begins. In such cases, a small processing fee may apply.
    • If the service has already started, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
